Returns & Exchanges

At Serafina, we want you to love every purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a seamless return process within 30 days of delivery. All items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and with tags attached, to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box or a similar sturdy container, ensuring all original tags and packaging are included.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund within 5-7 business days of receipt.
